Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa

His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa is a Bahraini royal, statesman, and world-champion endurance athlete dedicated to advancing his nation's future.

As son of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Highness serves as National Security Advisor to the King, Commander of the Royal Guard, and General Secretary of the Supreme Council for Defence. He is Chairman of Bapco Energies, leading Bahrain's national energy company through its transition toward a sustainable future, and President of the Supreme Council for Youth & Sports, where he champions the next generation of Bahraini talent.

A passionate humanitarian, His Highness chairs the Royal Charity Organization and serves as the King's Personal Representative for Humanitarian and Youth Affairs, leading relief and education initiatives across the region and beyond.

A competitive triathlete and elite equestrian, His Highness won 1st place at the FEI Endurance World Championship in 2022 — a reflection of the discipline, endurance, and excellence he brings to every facet of his service to Bahrain.
