I'm flexible when it comes to work and also hours, having worked some very long hours in the past and darting around to different sites with Kermie (my faithful little car) "It's not easy being green...."

Due to complete my CIPD in 2012, and keen to explore the practices within different industries that are developing 'edgy' takes on traditional HR.
