Natacha Beim an internationally recognized educational leader, author, speaker and parenting expert.

Her educational approach is based on children’s brain development and the values of contribution and empathy.

In 1996, she founded the highly recognized CEFA Early Learning Schools, which she expanded by franchising. Born in Uruguay and raised in Montréal, Canada, she travels extensively and studies the best educational methodologies around the world. As a pioneer in the field of modern education, Beim continually pursues studies in the field developmental psychology focusing on the early years. She has also completed a Masters in Entrepreneurial Studies at MIT in 2015, and completed business studies at Harvard University.

The CEFA methodology has been used successfully for almost twenty years. Beim designed the curriculum as an open learning source, meaning leading educators can continually contribute to it, allowing the most creative, up-to-date and advanced philosophies to be incorporated. CEFA teachers are empowered to adapt the curriculum to meet the unique needs of each student. Beim’s progressive CEFAcurriculum also delivers academic excellence, creativity and social contribution. In addition to her roles at CEFA, Beim is President Elect on the Board of the Entrepreneurs Organization, a global business network representing some 9,500 business owners. She is also a member of YPO, the Young Presidents Organization, for businesses grossing over 15 million dollars in annual revenue. Beim holds her Doctorate in Education from the Universidad de la Republica, Uruguay and has been recognized with the Women of Worth (WOW) Empowered Educator Award. She is a four-time YWCA Woman of Distinction finalist, and received the Women of Distinction Award in 2015 for Education and Training. a finalist for EY Entrepreneur Of The YearTM 2014 Pacific, and Business in Vancouver’s 2011 Top Forty Under 40 Entrepreneur. Natacha was also appointed to British Columbia’s Provincial Child Care Council by the Minister of Children and Family Development.
