Alessa is a recent graduate of Boston College with a BA in Psychology. She has been a Costume Designer, Set Designer, Director, Stage Manager, HR Intern, Math Tutor, Restaurant Hostess and Camp Counselor, but is currently an Assistant Instructor and 3rd Degree Black Belt in Isshinryu Karate. Alessa doesn't know what she wants to be when she grows up yet, but is hoping to figure that out soon. When she is not at her dojo, Alessa enjoys reading, writing, playing with animals, and watching TEDxTalks.
