Natália Menhem

I have graduated on Social Sciences at UFMG, after spending one year studying at the Political Sciences Department of Bologna`s University, where I could have my first contact with the post-colonialism theories. I had co-organized TEDxBeloHorizonte from 2011 to 2014 and was nominated TEDx regional ambassador since 2013. With a partner, I ran a small business, which drive was to create positive social impact in small communities in Brazil. After that, I have worked as a consultant for increasing social impact on projects and creating civic engagement. I also worked with organisations helping people to better tell their stories. I was part of and Education Project called Movimento Entusiasmo and also worked as a community manager at 99jobs.com . Since June 2015 I have joined ThoughtWorks, a technology company that creates and delivers innovative strategies and customised software.
