Boston, MA

I'm a physics student at MIT, a writer, and an artist. My interests include:

  • astrophysics, astronomy, and dark matter physics
  • the interface of science and art
  • astrophotography and experimental photography
  • creative science outreach

I am drawn to the experimental side of physics and astronomy because of the collaborative, creative nature of the work. There are still many unanswered questions in the physics world and my interest lies in answering them through experiment and observation, from underground particle detectors to radio telescope arrays.

My experiences in the science world often mix into my artistic work and my writing. I draw inspiration from approaching human experience first as an observer gathering data, then as an experimenter who assays, questions, and tests.
