Natalia is a learning and sales professional with a 20 year track-record of success in start-up initiatives, business development, consulting and program management. She leverages broad professional experience across commercial, government, and non-profit sectors to amplify business solutions. Natalia analyzes business issues and identifies best practices to design learning programs that improve employee performance.

Natalia believes that eductation has the capacity to promote equality among people. It should provide the tools and awareness we need to confidently solve problems and make decisions. It should motivate and enhance independence. Whether education and learning happen in a corporate, academic or informal setting, it should help individuals realize their personal and professional goals. It enhances self-esteem, gives a point of reference and it should leave us better off than before the experience. The opportunities that education and learning provide, also requires us to share our knowledge, skills and abilities with those whose access to it is limited.

Natalia is devoted to her Weimeraner, Nelson, enjoys community volunteering, reading Science Fiction,and staying physically and spirtiually fit. Bucket list travel over the next 5 years includes taking the fast train from Paris to Barcelona and exploring Panama and Argentina.
