Natalia Kay

Portland, OR

Born and raised on the East Coast, Natalia has called Portland home since 1999. In 2003 Natalia founded Siren Nation, a nonprofit with a mission to promote women in the arts. Natalia served as Executive Director of Siren Nation for 6 years, before stepping down to pursue a Masters in Public Administration.

Since 2009 Natalia has served in a variety of positions including as Executive Director, Volunteer Coordnator, Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator, and mostly recently, Development Director.

A passion for building empowered, healthy and creative communities drives and inspires Natalia's work as a nonprofit administrator.

Natalia specialties include: start up nonprofits, the arts, community engagement, capacity building, volunteer coordinating, project management, and leadership.
