I life for the simple pleasures of life: being outdoors, enjoying good food with great company, and traveling.

I have lived in Miami, Florida all my life, with the exception of college, for unforgettable years in the Gator Nation! While in university, I studied culinary in Florence, Italy. It was one of those amazing experiences that change the way you see life forever.

My love affair for food started when I was very young. Thanks to my patient mother, I have been 'experimenting' (or just making a mess) in the kitchen since before I could remember.

Cooking brings me joy because it is more than just cooking, it's about bring people together and making great memories.

* I worked for Southern Wine & Spirits where I helped organize the Food Network's South Beach Wine and Food Festival. I had the chance to meet many of the Food Network stars. Working there was a memorable experience. *
