From the small town of Coushatta, Louisiana, I’ve made my way to Louisiana State Univeristy to study journalism at the Manship School of Mass Communication. I also study political science and psychology. #GeauxTigers

I dedicate most of my time to the basement of LSU’s Hodges Hall, home of the newsroom for The Daily Reveille. There, I’ve worked as a news reporter for two semesters, and a news editor for one semester. In the spring of 2018, I will serve as the managing editor.

I interned at two small newspapers during the summer of 2017: The Natchitoches Times in Natchitoches and The Coushatta Citizen in Coushatta.

In the spring of 2018, I will be covering the Legislature at the Louisiana State Capitol.
