A Little About Me:
Natalie is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a competitive sports background as a former NCAA Division I tennis player and current professional pickleball player in Canada. She specializes in treating sports and office related injuries offering personalized and goal oriented care. In addition to her massage practice, Natalie is trained in TCM Acupuncture, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Myofascial Cupping, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM) and Kinesiology Taping. She is also a part-time tennis & pickleball coach who shares a true passion in building community through racquet sports. She has been in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario for the last 10 years and continues to grow her practice with the purpose of helping others to improve their health & well-being through her treatments.

I try to integrate my educational background in prescribing remedial exercises and stretches to assist others in maintaining a healthy body and encourage my patients to continue a healthy lifestyle through proper self-care, exercise and nutrition.
