In 2002, Ms Cupps co-founded the LACED Agency with Michael Walsh (Founder & CEO). Natalie has nearly 15 years of experience in advertising, branding, marketing campaign strategy, and project management for the digital space. This experience helped Cupps to transform Los Angeles based agency LACED from a startup with no capital to the successful, award-winning agency it is today. Transitioning to a full-time role in 2004, Cupps serves as the Executive Director; Digital Marketing, Media, & Strategy. As a senior level executive w/a "hands on approach", Natalie directs the management & delivery of digital marketing strategy, client campaigns, interactive sales, and new business development pitches. She serves as the senior executive responsible for creation, strategy, development, marketing, media, & success of new/current client accounts. This includes; planning, writing strategy, creating, developing, & collaboratively producing digital campaigns, Defining Metrics/Fulfillment, developing agency service offerings & product expansion, vendor management, contract negotiations, partnership development/management, & profit/loss administration for the overall agency.
As a seasoned Digital Producer, Ms Cupps has produced countless websites, social media campaigns, social & mobile apps, digital applications, video, as well as multi-platform producing. Cupps has experience with campaigns & projects ranging from websites redesigns/development, portals to flash/HMTL 5 games & product tutorials, social media campaigns, ecommerce, to display advertising, mobile,& ipad app builds.
