I am the Senior Web Editor for Style at Home, Canada’s leading decorating and design magazine. I’ve been working for TC Media since 2000 (where does the time go?!) and l still love coming into work every day. For me, that’s really something.

Before working here, I also dabbled in public relations, working for a large global PR firm on Bay Street in Toronto. Great gig for a girl straight out of university but in the end, I was ready to work in the field I’d studied for. Journalism. And so here I am.

But life isn’t all work. I’m passionate about travel and have been blessed with the good fortune to be able to travel more than I ever dreamed I would or could. I’ve seen far-flung corners of the world I never thought possible and share the tales of my travels on my blog Oh! Travelissima. I’m a lucky girl.

I’m also an avid reader. I just finished Ken Follett’s Winter of the World (pure brilliance) and am eagerly awaiting the final installment of the Century Trilogy. AND: I love to bake. Cupcakes and chocolate chip cookies are my specialties but I make a pretty mean chocolate chip banana bread, too – according to my husband. This year's goal: Learn how to make French macarons!
