I’m Natalie and I am mama to 4 beautiful kids and wife to an amazing airman! I am starting this blog to try to encourage all Mommy’s out there to get fit and healthy while I am on my own journey also! Not just to be role models to our children but to do something good for ourselves! We deserve it!
