UX, CX, SD, DT and all the other acronyms in the industry, it's all about people and experiences. How people think, feel and do; how products, services and environments have an impact on their behaviour, emotions and actions.
In my spare time, I co-run a charity, Children First Uganda, that supports a Ugandan NGO striving to protect and promote the rights of children through education and sustainable community support.
