Natalie Minette

Currently based in Western Springs, Illinois, Natalie Minette is a division manager at CPS, Inc. in Westchester, where she has been since 1994. In this position she maintains responsibility for recruiting and placing accounting and finance professionals in positions across the country, with a focus on the Chicago area. Since joining the company, Natalie Minette has consistently ranked in the top ten percent in terms of placement and job orders fulfilled and also regularly places in the top five for most job order fills. She has also been selected as rookie of the year and section manager of the year.

Prior to working for CPS, Natalie Minette served as a psychotherapist for the Fillmore Center for Human Services in Berwyn, where she worked with both individuals and families. She studied at Concordia University where she earned a bachelor of arts in psychology and music and a master of arts in human services, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. When she’s not working, she enjoys going to the library in Western Springs and reading autobiographies.
