Natalie Osborn
Student, Writer, and Adventurer in Ames, Iowa
Currently a Marketing student at Iowa State University.
I'm a dreamer, a doer, an aspiring creative extraordinaire. I enjoy the outdoors and a great big adventure. There's nothing I want more than to explore, share my creative soul, and weave this zestful tale called life. I hope to inspire people to live their dreams.
Growing up on diversified family farm, I developed a deep love and appreciation for all things wild. I've successfully raised, trained, and shown horses at a local level (my favorite events being pole bending and barrel racing). Though I don't compete much any more, I still enjoy quality time with my equine friends. Aside from horses I enjoy hiking, free falling from airplanes, writing, and binge-watching just about anything on Netflix.
What I’ve Done (as a student):
• Studied in Rome, Italy for 3 weeks. There, I, along with my team members, conducted primary and secondary research for an Italian extreme sports clothing company, Dainese. Maybe you've heard of them? (They're kind of a big deal. Check them out at: http://www.dainese.com/us_en/)
• Developed a Marketing Strategy for Network Against Human Trafficking (an ISU student organization)
• Crafted and executed multiple social media promotions for local Ames, IA events
What I’m Currently Doing (as a student):
• Developing a promotional plan for Prairie Rivers of Iowa, a local non-profit, with fellow classmates
