Natalie Paul

Natalie Paul is a dedicated Realtor living and working in the beautiful Township of Muskoka Lakes, Ontario. Her love of waterfront life began growing up in the Toronto community of Long Branch on Lake Ontario. There she enjoyed boating on Ontario's waterways, and developed a great love for the outdoors. Raised in a creative family, she studied at Humber College, School of Media Studies and began her career as an Illustrator/Graphic Designer. She secured a role with Adcore Advertising in Toronto where she rendered illustrations of new home designs for property developers. In 1998, Natalie launched her own company Nexus Design, providing design and marketing services for the housing industry.

She married a builder, and settled in Barrie, ON. Continuous exposure to the housing industry led to a keen interest in real estate. She became a licensed Realtor and enjoyed 10 years serving the community as a respected resource for residential and waterfront real estate.

In 2013 she acquired her Mutual Funds license and gained valuable experience offering mortgage solutions as Financial Advisor for Scotiabank.

Natalie's passion for living by the water led to a move north to the raw beauty of the Muskoka Lakes. There she continues her career as a Realtor, bringing her experience and knowledge of waterfront real estate, marketing, and mortgage financing to buyers and sellers of cottages and homes in the internationally renowned township of Muskoka Lakes. Including the spectacular Lakes Muskoka, Rosseau and Joseph as well as the hundreds of smaller lakes that occupy the area, Natalie also serves the areas of Gravenhurst, Bracebridge and Bala. Committed to going the extra mile to protect her client's best interest she utilizes her advanced negotiating skills to secure the best deal for her valued clients. Locating the finest and most suitable properties for her clientele, whether the most discriminating buyer or a young family looking for their first cottage; Natalie's mandate is to protect, educate and support her clients through the process.
