Hello, I’m Natalie. I have over 15 years experience in the Community Services sector. Specifically within Child Protection, Shared -Care, Young People Leaving Care, Disability Services and Criminal Justice (Forensic ID). I have worked in both Government and Non-Government organisations across two public service platforms in Australia, both NSW and Victoria. I have worked in direct client service delivery through to Policy And Practice Governance. I have particular expertise in client risk assesment, complex trauma, domestic violence, behaviour support and working with the Indigenous population. I am proudly part of the prestigious Victorian Public Service, Graduate Recruitment Scheme Alumni and have been the recipient of a Premier's Award for my work in Child Protection.
