Natalie Webster

Hi! I'm Natalie. I'm currently working as editor-in-chief of The Shorthorn, the UT-Arlington student newspaper. I was born in Arlington, Texas, and raised in the Metroplex. I find the most enjoyment reading alternative American literature, playing video games with strong character lines, watching the Texas Rangers and eating delicious Mexican food.

I'll graduate from UTA with a major in journalism and minor in creative writing. My short-term goals are to get an internship or job copy editing (what I plan on doing for my career) this summer, adopt a cat, and read the rest of J.D. Salinger's Glass family series.

Long-term, I want to work as a copy editor somewhere I can see live music, eat good food and be surrounded by good people.
