Natan Weingarten

I am a Managing Principal and Strategic Investor with a background in accounting and finance, operating across New York, New Jersey, and Miami Beach. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Accounting and later completed an MBA in Finance in New York City, which helped shape my analytical and disciplined approach to investing.

Over the years, I’ve worked in financial analysis, auditing, and investment research, building a strong foundation in understanding risk, market behavior, and long-term value. Today, my work focuses on commercial real estate and financial markets, where I evaluate opportunities across industrial properties, medical centers, and residential assets. I am closely involved with N8 Investments, a boutique real estate firm focused on opportunities along the East Coast.

I approach every decision with a long-term mindset. I believe in doing the research, understanding the downside, and staying consistent rather than reacting to short-term trends. Outside of work, I stay active through tennis, cycling, and padel, and I enjoy reading and traveling. I also support charitable organizations in both the United States and Israel, as giving back is an important part of my life.
