My name is Natascha and I am a Canadian living in Madrid. One of my hobbies is cooking and for the longest time, I would check out other people´s blogs for recipes. Finally, I decided to start my own blog and have happily discovered how fun it really is! I have ¨met¨other blogger and learned a lot! I don´t profess to have any culinary expertise. All I do is try new things and have fun. I have been married to a Spanish man for three years now and part of the fun of cooking and baking is seeing how happy it makes him!

I am a first and second grade English teacher and I have 200 students. Although I like my job, it can be completely crazy. The kitchen is where I often find order (even though I am somewhat chaotic when I cook) and it is a way of escaping the routine.
