Hello, I’m Natasha. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: choir conductor, crisis, media, and reputation management professional, thought leadership advisor, executive coach, and business owner. What ties it all together is something I really care about: helping people uncover their voice, to be seen for who they truly are, to build connections that feel real, to protect the reputations they’ve worked so hard for, and walk through change with confidence.
I’m based between Lausanne, Switzerland, and Golden, Colorado, where I continue this work with leaders and teams.
With my love for music and years in multinationals, I am a particular blend of Business Executive and Creative Mind that sparks ideas to challenge the norms.
I work with small and large companies, advising and coaching leaders on conflict and crisis management, media, communications, and the mindset of change, drawing on practices that have helped Fortune 500 companies protect and grow their reputations.
And I also get to enjoy working with the next generation of leaders - teaching in European business schools and institutions: guiding future change-makers in leadership, change, and emotional intelligence.
