I run Circles for men and women working with the Wisdom of Circle and Masculine and Feminine dynamics to explore what you want in life and what holds you back from that; in a safe heart-centred container we experience what it means to be in conscious community, supporting each other in what wants to show up and daring to express parts of ourselves, our shadows, that have remained unseen but that contain our life force and vitality. The leverage to your growth that Circle provides is exponential, we have come far enough working on ourselves, by ourselves. This work is joyful, connecting, deep and fun!

I also work specifically with women who want to develop the magnetic power of their feminine essence. I teach The Art of Feminine Presence with groups of women coming together in circle, it's a safe and supportive atmosphere and beautifully honouring and connecting. Cultivating your feminine essence brings you more joy and aliveness, directly relates to your health, helps you easily attract what you want, whether that's more clients or a conscious, present man in your life!

One to one coaching is available to those who have first attended Circles or via interview.
