Natasha Baguley

My name is Natasha and I am a writer, artist and trick dog trainer living in Ontario, Canada.

My first book “Three For the Road: An Amputation Journey” was recently published and I am very excited to share our experiences with the world. The book tells the inspirational story of my beloved German Shepherd Kaiserin and what I learnt about life from this exceptional dog after she lost a leg due to cancer. I have owned 3 German Shepherds and all are trick dog champions. I taught Kaiserin to paint holding a brush in her mouth and we sold her art to raise money for the Tripawds Foundation to help other 3-legged dogs and cats with cancer.

After she passed, I taught my two current shepherds, Schultz and Wilhelmina to paint and we now also sell their art to raise money to fund the Tripawds Kaiserin Cancer Care Package program, sending care packages to amputee dogs and cats with cancer.
