I’m a Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner living in Ottawa, ON, Canada.

I use the gift of communication, connection, yoga, and reiki to connect with people on an energetic level.

A strong believer in a still meditation practice as well as an active one. I am just at the beginning of what I am going to do in this world with creating a deeper connection.
