Natasha Milatovich

A widely educated human resources professional, Natasha Milatovich holds a Master of Business Administration as well as Master of Human Resource Management from DeVry University Keller Graduate School of Management. Natasha Milatovich strives to remain current with new developments in her profession and holds membership in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Professionals in Human Resources Association, and the National Association of Adventist Health Human Resources. Currently, Natasha Milatovich is fulfilling the demanding role of Associate Vice President of Human Resources at White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles. She also serves as an instructor with DeVry University in Sherman Oaks, California. In her role at the nonprofit, comprehensive services hospital, Natasha Milatovich has achieved a number of sustainable and positive changes on several levels. Natasha Milatovich centered her efforts around increasing employee satisfaction in order to benefit the institution as a whole, and she effectively decreased turnover rate by ten percent, thereby strengthening the staff and improving employee engagement. Additionally, Natasha Milatovich actualized the use of Success Factors, Inc., an online compensation system that supported market research. Dedicated to using the hospitals’ finances more efficiently, Natasha Milatovich oversees the Workers’ Compensation Program and has initiated changes that led to $1 million in savings. Natasha Milatovich has also worked to prevent losses. Supervising employee health care, she is responsible for implementing and managing a $10 million budget. While Natasha Milatovich has achieved substantial financial savings for White Memorial Medical Center, she also directs a number of initiatives designed to improve employee performance. A professional with the ability to break down larger visions into attainable goals. Natasha Milatovich improved internal communications to increase employee understanding of programs and policies, and she also strives to ensure that the medical center meets labor relations requirements. Following her love for teaching, Natasha Milatovich started to teach in 2009. At present, Natasha Milatovich strengthens the human resources community by teaching courses at the graduate level. In her spare time, she enjoys music by playing piano and singing in a church choir.
