Natasha Perssico Escobedo is the lead partner in the business valuation and forensic accounting practice at ENE. She is an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation (ASA-BV) and Accredited in Appraisal Review and Management (ARM) with the American Society of Appraisers. Natasha is a Certified Public Accountant with membership in the Illinois Certified Public Accountant Society as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She earned a Master of Business Administration, with honors, with a forensic accounting emphasis, from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science, with honors, with an accounting major from the University of Tampa. She values non-public business entities and securities such as general and limited partnership interests, closely held business enterprises, and estates.
Natasha prepares valuation and economic analysis for the following purposes: tax planning and compliance (federal income, gift, and estate), forensic analysis and dispute resolution, acquisition purchase price allocation, financial reporting, transaction planning(acquisition, divestiture, liquidation, and reorganization), economic damages analyses, shareholder disputes, and family law litigation.
Natasha provides forensic accounting and litigation consulting services. She performs extensive work pertaining to complex litigation matters, including business litigation, estate disputes, auditor liability and malpractice claims, application of generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS) and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), commercial disputes, financial reporting, fraud investigations, misappropriation of assets investigations, and business valuation disputes.
Natasha has over twenty-five years of experience in private industry, public accounting, consulting firms, and municipal government organizations. Throughout her career, she has delivered a comprehensive suite of services encompassing accounting, financial reporting, business valuation, litigation support, and financial analysis.
