Born and raised in the tumultuous streets of South Central LA, Tash says she barely resisted the urge to become a gangsta rapper. Instead, she received her BA (UCLA) and MA (SDSU) in Film/TV. Since, Tash was accepted into the PGA’s Diversity Workshop program, earned her a spot in NBC's “Writers on the Verge", and chosen for ABC-DISNEY’s Writing program. She was apart of the 2014 Emmy nominated Dog With A Blogwriting staff. Tash recently completed a TV Movie that she wrote and directed, Daddy’s Home*, for DVD and TV distribution in collaboration with RLJ Entertainment/One Village Entertainment. Tash’s ultimate goal is to prove that ovaries have super powers.
