Nate Paul founded World Class Holdings when he was just 20 years old. The firm has become the largest private real estate holding company in the country. Paul serves as the president, chairman, and CEO. During Nate Paul's leadership, the firm made its most significant investments in the economically vibrant city of Austin, which is often overlooked by real estate investors in the region.

One of the reasons World Class Holdings has been so successful is the bold investment decisions made by Paul. He believes in sticking to contrarian ideas and investment strategies. One of the niche industries that World Class Holdings has invested in is the self-storage arena, which is often neglected by industry experts and investors.

One of the major characteristics of World Class Holdings is that it’s remained a wholly owned firm, allowing Paul to be in charge of its strategic direction. Paul successfully built his portfolio as an investor and operator of real estate holdings. By the age of 28, Paul had become the youngest investor to hold over a billion dollars in assets in the real estate industry.

Paul was born Natin Paul in Victoria, Texas, to immigrant parents who raised him with an emphasis on education and a professional career. Paul enrolled at the University of Texas in Austin, where he graduated with a degree in business. Soon after graduation, Paul launched a real estate startup named NowSpace that builds and operates office space. The startup was geared toward entrepreneurs, freelancers, and budding startups looking for flexible office space solutions. NowSpace was Paul’s first foray into the real estate industry. During his early professional years, Paul raised funds through business partnerships and through the connections of his father, an obstetrician.

Paul’s business accomplishments have been recognized through several awards and accolades, including the 50 Under 40 distinction by Real Estate Forum magazine and Forbes magazine’s 30 Under 30 honor. The Forbes nod was received in the finance category in acknowledgment of Paul’s triumph in securing the KMPG Centre in downtown Dallas and outstanding success in the self-storage industry.

Along with his remarkable professional prowess, Paul is passionate about and active in philanthropy. He launched the Nate Paul Initiative in 2020 with a mission to establish solutions for the less fortunate to create a level playing field where people from any background can achieve their potential.
