One of my best strengths is my ability to be restorative. This means that I do my best to identify and solve problems, whether they be my own problems or others' problems. I identify with this strength because I love solving problems for people. It gives me a sense of usefulness when I help someone else with a major problem that they are having. This impacts my personal and academic lives by making it so I am very oriented around solving problems as they arise, as opposed to complaining about the problems, I try to fix them. Through my "Dream Job" assignment in EHE 1100, I got a glimpse into what my future career could look like. I learned here what my future could look like if I put in enough work. This motivated me to work even harder than before so I could achieve my goals and hopefully actually get my dream job. In the time managements activities in EHE 1100, I had to plan out my week on a set schedule. Due to this, I have learned better ways to organize and plan my time spent. Therefore, I am now extremely efficient in the ways I spend my time.
