Nate Heaps has been involved in real estate since the age of 21. As soon as he graduated high school, he began reading books and learning as much as he possibly could about real estate. One thing was for sure, he knew that he wanted to be a real estate investor and entrepreneur. Nate dove in head first and purchased 10 rental properties in Utah. He held on to them for several years, and eventually sold them off to other investors. He then traveled the U.S. buying properties from government tax sales for different companies, and within a few short years, he had purchased several thousand properties across the country. While he was doing this, he took the time to mentor over 10,000 people in purchasing properties through government tax sales and foreclosures.

When the market crashed in 2006-2007, Nate jumped into the foreclosure arena and started purchasing foreclosures mostly in the Midwest and Southeast of the U.S. Over the years, he has been involved in purchasing well over 3,500 properties and learned a lot in the process. We now have the opportunity to offer our inventory of properties to those looking for investment property. What's attractive about our inventory is that the average typical ROI is 12%-18%.
