I have advised hundreds of undergraduate students, empowering them to create appropriate and effective action plans for pursuing their academic, pre-professional, graduate level, and post-matriculation career ambitions. I have also created/coordinated trainings in the areas of intercultural competency,academic success, conflict resolution, community building and many other topics.
