Nathalie Carter

Nathalie is a recent graduate of the Full-Time Bachelor of Interior Design program at the, soon to be accredited, British Columbia Institute of Technology. Within this program, individual and collaborative design projects entailed evidence-based design, universal design strategies, intercultural studies, and socially-responsible business and design practices. Also, Nathalie was awarded the opportunity to partake in an international exchange to Germany to study Interior Architecture at the Hochschule fur Angewandte Wissenschaft und Kunst, University of Applied Sciences & Arts in Hildesheim. Prior to the Bachelor program debut, she spent close to three years working in a small interior design office that focused primarily on single-family and multi-family residential design. It was here that she gained valuable work experience from all sides of the interior design business. Her academic, work, and cultural experiences have helped broadened her perspective and she is now dedicated to making a positive impact on a global scale with design. Social responsibility is at the core of her passion for design and she believes in creating projects that respect the natural environment while also supporting health and connection in our community.
