Nathalie Goodkin
Dr. Nathalie Goodkin is a scientist who studies how the climate and ocean are changing. She looks at the chemistry of corals as old as 500 years to figure out what changes have taken place in the past. This helps us understand current and future changes in the oceans.
Dr. Goodkin received her PhD in chemical oceanography from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) and has been a professor at the University of Hong Kong.
She is now an Associate Professor at Nanyang Technological University and Principal Investigator at the Earth Observatory of Singapore.
She currently lives in Singapore with her husband and two sons.
