Writing never came easy to me. It's not a stress receiver and I wouldn't quite call it a past-time. To be honest I'm just straight up awful at writing, but somehow it's something I always wanted to pursue.

I guess my story starts with the words, "When I grow up I want to be..."

First it was a princess. That career proved difficult to pursue as I was born a commoner and America doesn't have royals I could marry. So at the age of 6 I became more realistic and decided to be an actress, singer and a ballerina. By 12 that idea was out the window when I grew in more ways than one. Fast forward to 17 I had to actually choose a career that gave me enough money for a home and food. Acting did not look very promising.

But what happens when you put together the love for the stage and camera, the power of having your voice heard, the longing for the status of royalty? A broadcast journalist.

This blog is about the things I learning along the way, the adventures of my life now, and the discoveries I can't wait to make.
