2013 has been an incredible year so far! After winning 1st place in the USA Songwriting Competition in the lyric category in December of last year with Bill DiLuigi and Sherri Gough http://youtu.be/_EvHRw-nXxA things have been coming pretty fast in the first few months of this year.

In 2012 I decided to diversify my sound and started 2 side groups-one which is a dance/electronic group called World Kup http://www.amazon.com/World-Kup/dp/B00BJF0OHE/ref=sr_1_1?s=music&ie=UTF8&qid=1362024051&sr=1-1&keywords=World+Kup and the other is an indie rock group called The Bitter Selway http://www.amazon.com/Cold-Numbers-The-Bitter-Selway/dp/B00BEML5JI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1362023981&sr=8-1&keywords=the+bitter+selway . Both groups have done really well online and are both scheduled for EP releases in early March.

In January of this year I was blessed to have a good friend of mine shoot a video for a song off my EP Cold As Numbers with The Bitter Selway (http://youtu.be/VhqXEB3HbNg). This was a great experience and we hope to expand our fan reach on Youtube with this video.

World Kup has had some great success as well with winning the top 25 songs of summer with I Tunes/Tunecore last summer and got recent placements with the Young And The Restless and Nickelodeon's Hollywood Heights. In addition our song 'Bump' was chosen for a world wide remix contest (http://www.soundcloud.com/nathanbrumleysongwriter/bump-into-the-night-secret) and we had an interview with a great licensing company in the Netherlands called Tribe Of Noise who have picked up several of our songs.

My solo material has also been making some headway over the past few months. I was recently chosen by IMC radio to be one of the artists on their roster as well as Chessboard radio. I also landed an interview with CCM Magazine as an upcoming independent artist. All in all its been a lot of hard work but it is great to finally see some things come to fruition!!
