I'm a speaker, trainer and coach who helps high performers profitably package their purpose.

I have taught graduate courses in Instructional Design, Adult Learning Theory and Online Collaboration and I recently joined the production team for TEDxWilmington to facilitate more ideas worth spreading.

In 2008 I published Open Source Instructional Design: Successfully Mentoring Subject Matter Experts and in 2013 published Leadership Lessons from Guatemala after being invited by John C. Maxwell to facilitate a values-based training there.

My recent Live2Lead Brandywine simulcast was part of Technical.ly’s Delaware Innovation Week. Each spring I organize local venues for the Global Youth Initiative Week to empower 500,000 youth with an anti-bullying curriculum through the John Maxwell Team.

I have trained leaders on three continents, and most recently lived off the grid for 2 weeks on a medical mission in Tanzania with my wife and my brother empowering leaders from the Maasai and other tribes.
