Nathan Garrett

A longtime resident of Oldham County and the Louisville area. I began my career in Real Estate in 2013 after growing up in a household where both parents were also in the Real Estate business. After school, I quickly realized that real estate was something I also wanted to get involved in. When I got my licensed I joined the same Brokerage that my father was with and I have been with Coldwell Banker ever since.

I enjoy the freedom to be creative and also innovative when marketing my brand and my client's listings online. As a team, we effectively use a comprehensive and integrated group of resources to help our clients navigate the home buying and home selling process. I feel strongly about offering a professional, and full-service approach to each and every one of our clients.
