Hey, I’m Nathan. It’s a very unique feeling being at the steering wheel of a business, it’s not just power, it’s about responsibility as well as success. Being the general manager, most of the time I navigate and negotiate, I don’t really have time to exercise my so-called power – if and when managing becomes a power struggle then the situation has definitely gone out of hand. At the moment, I reckon our property removals operation based in Abbey Wood is a good example of what efficient and adequate management is all about. I don’t work alone though, I got people supporting me – very happy about that.
