Experience Architect with four years experience in the discipline and overall eleven years in the digital space. Experience in UCD methodology, including: client interaction and presentation, scripting and conducting of contextual inquiries and user based testing, developing personas and customer journeys, insight generation and report writing/presentation, ideation, concept development, information architecture and interaction specifications. Previous experience has been as a Senior Designer and Web Team Leader in the creation of a wide range of marketing collateral and online projects. My roles have included hands-on technical work as well as team leading and customer relationship management.
