Hi, my name is Nathanaul ‘Nathan’ Brown. I’m a personal trainer from Surrey, British Columbia, just outside of Vancouver.
I’m passionate about helping people hit their fitness goals through evidence-based exercise programs. Depending on the goals of my clients, I can create regimens for weight loss, muscle gain, competition prep, or even recovery from injury, but I always put an emphasis on long-term health and wellness.
My clients come in all ages and fitness levels, and I really enjoy putting together personalized plans that are designed to make cardio, calisthenics, and weight training effective and fun.
It is my deeply held belief that fitness is more than just exercise, although that is a major component. But in a larger sense, fitness is about building healthy habits that last a whole lifetime. So, no matter if you’re just starting out on your fitness journey or a veteran of the gym looking to kick things up to the next level, I’m here to support you each and every step of the way.
When I’m not at work training clients, you can usually find me staying active outdoors by running or playing pickup sports, or trying in my own small way to give back to the community by volunteering with organizations I care about, like the Canadian Cancer Society and BC Cancer.
