Nathan Woodward

A native of Pascagoula, MS, Nathan began formal musical training at the age of eight and began playing saxophone at the age of twelve. After graduating from high school in 2005, Nathan moved to Mobile, AL, and enrolled at the University of Mobile. During those years, he continued his musical travels and performed for dignitaries such as Former Arkansas Governor, Mike Huckabee, Former Mississippi Governor, Ronnie Musgrove, syndicated columnist, Cal Thomas, and President George W. Bush. He has also had the pleasure of working closely with organizations such as Chick-fil-A, the American Red Cross, Chevron USA, MGM Resorts, the Messianic Jewish Bible Institute, and Alpha Ministries in Asia and West Africa. Upon graduation from college in 2009, Nathan toured with TRUTH for the 40th Anniversary tour and directed the horn line, as well as arranged for the instrumentalists.
Currently, Nathan performs and presents instrumental clinics in cooperation with the Yamaha Corporation of America as a “Yamaha Performing Artist.” Additionally, he serves on the advisory board of Alpha Ministries in addition to his full time musical travels.
With over a decade of traveling across the United States and around the world, Nathan’s improvisational jazz style and passionate melodies will encourage the heart and stir the soul. Now residing in the Dallas/Forth Worth, TX area, he spends 50 weekends a year on the road.
