After watching the digital marketing space evolve since 2005, there are two things that continue to trip me out about the online world today: first, people’s thoughts and behaviors are now digitized; and second, that data can be scientifically and artfully leveraged to develop a company’s success. It’s crazy that a guy like me can step into a business online, like some kind of remote wizard, and use a keyboard as a wand to influence people to take the actions my company desires. I find this ability to successfully predict (through testing and experience) then direct human behavior from behind a screen fascinating.

Whether it’s managing SEM campaigns, optimizing a landing page, or maximizing the effectiveness of a marketing funnel, interpreting and leveraging data is what I’ve been doing throughout my career. I approach most projects with the strategy of creating a process that I can work and re-work, again and again, until it’s as successful as can be. It doesn’t matter if it’s executing a growth marketing strategy, generating leads or building a successful sales script; I enjoy scientifically optimizing processes and creating winning strategies.

Previously, I designed and brought a successful ad network to market, led a team of search and SEM professionals for a large international franchise, and even held a position as CEO in an incubated company. I’m currently actively seeking my next position that I can grow into for years to come; because as it turns out, daughters aren’t cheap! #readytowork

Outside of work, I enjoy as much time as I can with my wife, son, and two baby daughters. If you stop by our house you’ll probably catch us all watching The Hobbit for the millionth time unless we’re taking our 11 year old to his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class (which I fully support, even though I’ve taught or trained in over 10 martial arts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu isn’t one of them). I also consider myself a pretty darn good home cook; a hobby my wife and I both passionately share.
