Description : Attorney Andy Gene Strickland been practicing immigration law since 2002 and has represented people in immigration courts and USCIS offices across the US. He has filed and argued cases in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, Georgia and is a prominent member of the following courts: US Supreme Court, 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, Northern District Court of Florida, Court of International Trade. Mr. Strickland’s main areas of practice are investment visas, green cards, deportation issues, immigration court, political asylum, political speech and expression cases.

Attorney Andy Gene Strickland has lived Europe and Russia. He received his J.D. degree and LLM from Stetson University in Gulfport, Florida and studied European Union Law at Oxford University in Oxford, England. He has traveled extensively throughout the globe and has lived in Western and Eastern Europe.

Not one case is alike. Not one client is alike and Mr. Strickland provides top-rated representation when he has a good rapport with the client. He performs best when he can work directly with the client and they can communicate effectively. Mr. Strickland does not take on every client especially when there is a communication barrier.
