NATIVSOL Kitchen was created by Tambra Raye Stevenson named 2014 National Geographic's Traveler of the Year and 2014 Nutrition Hero by Food and Nutrition Magazine.

NATIVSOL is on a mission to reclaim the health and spirit of the African diaspora by creating a movement to restore heritage foods into people’s daily lives.

Featured in the Washington Post, NATIVSOL empowers you to heal your meal, transform your kitchen and enhance your life. The Western Diet has failed the community with disease, premature death and now robbing the next generation. Led by trained culinary nutrition experts, NATIVSOL has the passion and talent to equip the community to cook, shop and eat their way back to health.

NATIVSOL has two meanings: 1) New African Traditions Including Values of Sustainability, Organic and Local and 2) Nourishing Authentic Traditions & Intuitive Values of Spirituality, Oneness and Love. We are at the intersection of food, culture and spirituality.
