Mi Cumple!!

Se me prende la batidora interna para estas fechas, próximas a arrancar un nuevo año de mi vida! Imagínense este año que me toca recibirlo en SF. pf!

Kristin me inspiro festejando así sus 31. Varios amigos me orientaron un monton. Y Pau, con su power naranja, me dice… fijate ph15. Y dije…claa….esta es la mejor forma de celebrar todos juntos, virtualmente.

Gracias a mi cámara puedo guardar un instante, un recuerdo, un aprendizaje. Las miro y viajo en el tiempo. “The sky is the limit,” representa algo tan simple como poder soñar, proyectar, volar… todo lo que uno quiera. Eso es la fotografía para mi.

ph15 es un grupo que permite a chicos de muy bajos recursos aprender, descubrir cosas nuevas, desarrollar su identidad, integrarse y expresarse a través de la fotografía. “

My internal blender turns on around this time, when it’s getting closer to the beginning of a new year of my life. Even more this year that I’m starting it in SF!

Kristin inspired me by rocking her 31 anniversary and a lot of friends gave me many suggestions. Pau and her orange power, via tweets and emails, said… hey, what about ph15? And I said… daah… this is the best way to virtually celebrate altogether!

I love photography, you know. Thanks to my camera, I’m able to capture a moment, a memory, something I learned. Just staring at my pictures, I’m able to time travel. There’s a cheesy phrase I love and repeat all the time “The sky is the limit”- something as simple as being able to dream, project, fly… anything you want. That is what photography means to me.

ph15 is a group that enables low income kids to learn, discover new things, develop their identity, socialize and express themselves through photography.
