Welcome to Wellness Refreshed! My name is Eddie and along with my beautiful wife and kids we are walking towards wellness each and every day. We decided it was more fun to learn about whole body natural health with friends than to try and go at it alone. So, we started a community to work together with others to empower all of us to take charge of our own wellness.
