Her years of retail experience afforded her the expertise to successfully sell the world’s first natural hair “Compare to Brand”, III Sisters of Nature into Kroger stores in their rising natural hair section.

Presently Turkesha serves as CEO of McIvy Media, A Global Marketing Company by day and moonlights as one of Atlanta's Elite up and coming Socialites. She is the founder of Naturalbabydol an International Lifestyle Blog.

Turkesha loves to spend time with her three sons. She also enjoys traveling the world, baking, reading, and simply enjoying her life. She is currently accepting freelance projects, collaborations with brands and appearance proposals for 2018.
