I am based in Sussex and am passionate about helping my patients with a combination of nutritional and herbal medicine.
I am qualified and registered naturopath experienced in consulting on a wide range of health conditions including Allergies, Children's Health, Digestion, Fatigue, Heart Health, Joint Health, Memory, Menopause, Men's Health, Mood, PMS, Respiratory Health, Skin Conditions, Sleep Disorders, Urinary Health, Weight Control, Women's Health and much more.
I had an early interest in plants and botanical medicine, planting my first herb garden aged 12 years old. Whilst gaining my first degree in Environmental Science, I became fascinated by interconnectedness of all life and natural cycles and began to realise that in order for the planet to be healthy, people must first heal themselves. An interest in studying medicine developed and I later studied for five years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, qualifying as a Herbalist and Naturopath.
Treatment incorporates the principles of Naturopathy, whereby the person's own innate vital force is stimulated to promote healing and the patient is treated rather than the disease.
I am particularly interested in the treatment of fatigue, mental health, hormonal and digestive conditions.
As a naturopath I see patients with acute conditions as well as more long term, chronic issues... or simply if you would like to have more energy, sleep better or need some help managing stress. Herbs and nutrition strengthen the body to help it heal.
